On Wednesday April 27 the round-robin groups draw was held in Radotín.

In the last moment Falcon Millionaires replaced Old Dogs Plzeň who have not confirmed their participation. There was a rule applied than there cannot be two teams from the same country in any of the groups. Pavel Sedlák, prestident of the Czech Men’s Lacrosse Association then drew following groups setting:

A: Dublin Riggers (IRL); Pioneers (CAN); Polish Eagles (POL)
B: SK Lacrosse Jižní Město (CZE); London Knights (ENG); Bundeswehr Lacrosse (GER)
C: Love You to Death (CAN); TJ Malešice (CZE); Vienna Monarchs (AUT)
D: Nova Scotia Privateers (CAN); Deutschland Adler (GER); LCC Wolves (CZE)
E: LCC Radotín (CZE); Silver Birch Leafs (FIN); Glasgow Clydesiders (SCO)
F: Green Gaels (CAN); Bats Bratislava (SVK); Falcon Millionaires (CZE)
G: Megamen Boston (USA); LC Slavia Praha (CZE); Spartiates/Goldstar (FRA/ISR)

Teams from the first and second places continue to the tournament play-offs together with two top teams from the thirs places. Remaining teams will play group for the final 17th–21st place. The detailed tournament schedule will be released within one week.
